ongmari44 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, standard blockchain network fees apply.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

All bets placed on ongmari44 are final once confirmed. No cancellation of a confirmed bet is permitted except in circumstances where ongmari44 determines, at its sole discretion, that an obvious pricing error occurred or that a technical malfunction affected the integrity of the bet.

For sports betting markets, ongmari44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport and event type. In-play bet settlement is subject to official results from recognised governing bodies. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, settlement rules specific to that sport and event format shall apply.

For live casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game govern gameplay and payout calculations. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ongmari44's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
